1. Data controller

The controller for personal data collected through this website is AP Canarian Service S.L.U., N.I.F. B72670730, registered office at Calle Nayra, 138 — 35120 Mogán (Las Palmas), Islas Canarias, España. 2. What data we collect

We only process the data you provide voluntarily, in particular through the contact form on this site:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Selected area of interest (ecommerce, real estate, renovations, trading, food & hospitality)
  • Content of the message you choose to send us

We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) nor carry out automated profiling. We do not use tracking or third-party advertising cookies; for details on technical cookies see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

Data collected through the contact form is processed solely to:

  • Respond to requests for information or consultations you send us;
  • Manage any contractual relationship that may arise following the initial contact;
  • Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations the company is subject to as a Spanish economic operator.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based, depending on the case, on: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by submitting the contact form; the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), when the request concerns one of our services; compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for tax and accounting matters.

5. How long we keep data

Data relating to a contact request is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and, absent a subsequent contractual relationship, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Data relating to contractual relationships is kept for the period required by applicable Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years under the Código de Comercio, unless longer periods are required by specific tax rules).

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with providers acting as data processors on our behalf (for example, hosting or email services), always in compliance with Art. 28 GDPR, and with public authorities where required by law. Some site resources (typefaces) are loaded from Google’s servers; see the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica 3/2018), you have the right to:

  • Access: obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data;
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): request deletion of data when no longer necessary;
  • Restriction: request that processing be limited in specific cases;
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller;
  • Objection: object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You can exercise these rights by writing to apcanariansevice@proton.me. If you believe the processing violates the applicable regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), the competent supervisory authority in Spain (www.aepd.es).

8. Security measures

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, proportionate to the nature of the data processed, in line with Art. 32 GDPR.

9. Minors

The services offered through this website are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; should you become aware of any such case, please contact us for removal.

10. Changes to this notice

This privacy notice may be updated to reflect regulatory or organisational changes. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
